We deliver world-wide

All prices, including shipping costs, are in Australian dollars (AU$); all monetary transactions processed via the Website will be charged in Australian dollars.

Delivery in Australia
All product shipments within Australia will be despatched by courier, generally within 48 hours of placing your order. On despatch, the courier will send you an automatic email notification with tracking information for your shipment.

Shipments within Australia valued at less than AU$100 – will be charged a shipping and handling fee of AU$11 – per order. The shipping and handling fee will be displayed during the check-out process, before the order is finalised and payment is confirmed.

Orders within Australia valued over AU$100 – will be delivered free of charge.

Shipment to most destinations in Australia will be within two (2) to five (5) working days from the date of despatch. Additional time may be required for delivery to more remote destinations.

A signature will be required on delivery.

International Delivery
All international orders will be despatched using Australia Post International Services, generally within 48 hours of placing your order. On despatch, the Company will send you an email notification.

International shipments valued at less than AU$250 – will be charged a shipping cost based on the weight of the products purchased. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the check-out process, before the order is finalised and payment is confirmed, (see Note * below).

International orders valued over AU$250 – will be delivered free of charge (see Note * below).

Most International orders should be received within five (5) to ten (10) working days from the date of despatch. Additional time may be required for delivery to more remote destinations.

A signature will be required on delivery.

All international orders will be paid in Australian Dollars, and a Customs Declaration form stating the value of the goods for customs will accompany the shipment; the value of goods for customs will be as per the order value in Australian dollars.

Note * – Australian Tax (GST) is not payable on International orders and will be deducted from your order total. However, local import duty and taxes at the destination country may apply. These additional charges are levied by the Customs Authorities of the destination country, and payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that customers carry out their own due diligence in relation to import duty and taxes levied by their country.

Order Modification and / or Cancellation
Please take care with your product selection – an order cannot be cancelled or modified via the Website once the order has been processed and payment made.

If for any reason you do wish to modify or cancel an order please contact us and we will endeavour, but cannot guarantee, to comply with your request. If an order modification or cancellation request is received after an order has been shipped, then it is your responsibility to return the product to the Company in a re-saleable condition to receive a refund (product cost only).

Stock Availability
If for any reason a product is not available, the Company will contact you by email to advise when the product will be available and arrange either, an alternative product, or to place a back-order (product shipped free of charge when available), or a refund.

providing full details of the product and your issue with it.

The issue will be carefully considered by the Company and provided that, in the opinion of the Company, the issue is reasonable and legitimate then we will be happy to offer :
1. a replacement or alternative product, (shipped at no charge), OR
2. on return of the product to us, a full refund by EFT to your nominated bank account (product cost only).

Important Note : Please take care with your product selection – the Company will not normally offer a refund if you simply change your mind or purchase the wrong product.
